3 Mobile iPhone 4 Price cheaper than T-Mobile tariffs

By Free Mobile Phone News - Last updated: Monday, August 2, 2010

Whilst Three Mobile’s price plans for the iPhone 4 may be cheaper than T-Mobile and other carriers of the phone, they are only available on a 24-month contract, which could immediately put people off tying themselves down to the network for that length of time. Would that bother you? Or do you think it’ll be another 2 years before we see the next major re-design of the iPhone?

3 Mobile iPhone 4 Tariffs / Price Plans
Anyway, onto the costs of getting an iPhone 4 on the 3 Mobile network…you can get yourself a 16Gb iPhone 4 for £99 when you sign up to the basic £30 per month deal with Three and for that you will have 500 minutes plus 5000 Three-to-Three minutes, along with 5000 texts and 1Gb of data. That to me doesn’t sound half bad, though the 24-month duration may prove a little irritating for some.

For an extra £5 per month you will just get an extra 400 any network minutes, while every other aspect remains the same including the £99 handset price. However, take the £40 per month deal and you will only have to fork out £59 for the handset and receive 2000 anytime minutes, while keeping 5000 texts and 5000 Three-to-Three minutes and 1Gb of Internet. The premium plan will cost you £45 per month and for that you get a free handset and all the same inclusive minutes and texts as the £40 per month plan.

If you’d like the 32Gb iPhone 4 handset though, the plans remain the same but you will obviously have to spend a little extra on the handset. That means you will pay £189 for the handset on either the £30 or £35 per month contract, or £149 for the £40 per month deal, or £89 on the £45 per month deal.

Summary
Overall this 3 Mobile iPhone 4 tariff option seems cheaper than the T-Mobile iPhone 4 tariff unveiled this week, however the length of the contract is an extremely important factor and depending on your preferences and fickle nature you may want to dig a little deeper to find the perfect contract for you.

Will you be tempted to get an iPhone 4 on the Three Mobile network? Does the contract prices seem reasonable to you? What’s the 3 Mobile signal coverage like in your area? Perhaps important if you consider the potential iPhone 4 antenna problems? What would be the deciding factor for you?

LG Ally User manual: How to Save LG Ally Battery Life

By Free Mobile Phone News - Last updated: Sunday, July 25, 2010

LG Ally User manual or user guide: How to Save LG Ally Battery Life? LG Ally tip to help you to save lg ally battery life as you expect. I’ve had my LG Ally for about one month, and I feel the LG Ally’s battery is not too bad, but I have to charge it every day. The least amount of time I’ve ever gotten was 14-18 hours on heavy use. Normal time I get? About 22-24 hours normal use. And light use? I’ve gotten well over 28 hours.

Although, as of late, I’ve switched chargers and have been having some trouble. It charges the phone incredibly fast (20%-100% in one hour) but it seems my battery drains quicker. Its not the “recommended” charger, but I lost that one. Hmm..Gonna have to look into with it is that I’m using. LG Android Phones.

Then how long does your LG Ally’s battery last guys? To save LG Ally battery life, you’d better keep these in your mind:
1. The battery of your LG Ally doesn’t need to be empty before recharging.
2. It’s highly recommended that to use only LG-approved chargers specific to your phone model since they are designed to maximize battery life.
3. You’d better not disassemble or short-circuit the battery.
4. Keep the battery’s metal contacts clean.
5. You need to replace the battery when it no longer provides acceptable performance. The battery can be recharged several hundred times before replacement.
6. Recharge the battery after long periods of non-use to maximize battery life.
7. LG Ally’s battery life will vary due to usage patterns and environmental conditions.
8. To use of extended backlighting, Browser, and data connectivity kits affect battery life and talk/ standby times.
9. The self-protection function of the battery cuts the power of the phone when its operation is in an abnormal state. You need to remove the battery from the phone, reinstall it, and turn the phone on.

Remember all of these words, the battery of your LG Ally will serve you for a long time, protect it well;)

Amazon Kindle 2 ebook device cheaper Price in USA

By Free Mobile Phone News - Last updated: Wednesday, June 30, 2010

Amazon Kindle 2 ebook device cheaper Price in USA. Amazon has lowered the price of its best selling e-book reader, the Kindle 2, in response to the release of a Wi-Fi only version of the Barnes & Noble Nook, which now costs just $149 (£99).

Effective immediately, you can now pick up the Kindle 2 from Amazon’s website for just $189 (£125). That’s quite a bit cheaper than the previous price of $259.

Of course, Amazon will be happy to lower the price of the Kindle to ensure it remains price competitive in the relatively new e-book market. After all, the Kindle is a content device, and the vast majority of Amazon’s revenue from the Kindle comes not from the device itself, but the content sold through the store.

With the e-book market still in its infancy, it’s important that prices remain attractive, ensuring that the market continues to grow in the coming years. If consumers were priced out of the market entirely, we may see the end of e-book readers sooner rather than later.

Whether the sub-$200 price point will encourage more people to purchase a Kindle is yet to be seen, but it’s great to see that competition is driving prices down. Hopefully, we’ll see lower content prices too in the future, although this seems somewhat unlikely given the publisher’s viewpoint on this.

If you’re not familiar with Amazon’s e-reader, you can read all about it in our Kindle 2 review. Have you used an e-book reader yet, or do you prefer physical books? And if so, how will the new, lower price point affect your point of view? Let us know in the comments!

How To Make Your Own Myspace Layout

By Free Mobile Phone News - Last updated: Monday, June 28, 2010

How To Make Your Own Myspace Layout? In order to make your own MySpace layout, you need to consider the background properties, the text properties and the scrollbar and cursor properties. Let’s have a look at each of these.

Background: To fix your MySpace background, you need to decide on a few things like the background position, the background color, and background image. First of all decide the position where the background will begin. This could range from upper right corner to bottom left. Next, fix the background color and background border. The color chosen should be pleasing and suit the theme that you are promoting. It should blend with the text color so that readability of the text is good Next select the border thickness and color.

Animation and graphics: You can have a variety of animation choices and graphics. You can choose the one that would suit your taste, theme and group.

Text: Decide what you want to display on your pages. The matter for the main text should be carefully prepared so that it conveys whatever you are communicating. The title text and sub-title texts should reflect, in brief, the contents. Decide on the links and provide them.

Scrollbar: You can choose the color of the arrow, scrollbar, highlighting and face color.

So that’s what you need to do in brief. How do you go about it? There are plenty of sites that offer you ready made and customizable MySpace layouts. You could start with one of them to save trouble and make sure that all aspects are taken care of.

Your MySpace layout will also need to consider the contact table that you want to attach it to. There are hundreds of ready to use contact tables available that take care of various categories and requirements. Select one that will suit your particular theme and requirements.

Once you have decided what your layout would look like, you can easily make it using one of the many templates that are available. These usually allow you to choose the particular look and feel that you prefer from a large library offering choices for each component of the layout.
